Individual coaching is an over-the-phone program that runs for a 12-week period. It supports desirable performance improvement.

There are 12 weekly conference calls whereby the personal being coached sets up three goals and the Coach helps them to achieve those goals over a twelve-week period.

One-to-one Coaching by Phone

The telephone coaching simulates a private meeting with a coach or a mentor. The questions asked stimulate guided thinking and creativity. The questions are the ones a personal coach or mentor would ask in a face to face private meeting.

Telephone coaching is available at home and at the office, whenever it best meets the needs of the person being coached.

Telephone Coaching takes less time than being in a training session.

Coaching is available in all geographic regions without the need for travel

The Coachee will feel supported by their mentor or Coach and can make mistakes and then correct them without fear of peer pressure

Coachees, (the person being Coached) can review their thinking and learning with others in the organization; up, sideways or down.
